TOYOTA COROLLA
It has won success with its all-round abilities. But the styling is not exciting and now looks dated. The high stance and empty space in the wheel wells do little to improve matters. The inside is sensible and pleasant with nice materials. Lots of features too, depending on the version you choose and the 1.8 petrol engine is an energy packed one. Along with the low gearing it ensures that the Corolla is quite quick. But though it has the muscle, it lacks the finesse and the steering is also too light, especially at higher speeds.
