MARUTI OMNI

The second most successful car from Maruti ever, the Omni is also the oldest model from India’s leading car manufactur­er, predating even the 800. Still selling in fairly large num­bers the Omni is basically a van that has been pressed into passenger duty. Essentially a great value for money proposi­tion, the Omni offers huge space within small dimensions and as such is very popular in smaller towns and semi-rural India. Great for negotiating narrow lanes and tight spaces, the Omni is dynamically far short of most small cars.
